The Caterpillar Munising is a hiker style boot with 200 Joule composite toecap plus composite midsole plate, offering protection against both crush injuries and penetration by sharp objects such as nails. The use of composite toecap and pierce resistant composite midsole provides the same level of protection as conventional steel toecaps and midsoles but without the added weight.

The CAT Munising work boot has a full grain leather upper with padded collar & tongue, lace up closure and pull tab to help with putting on and removing the boots. The T1220 rubber outsole is heat resistant to 300C and SRC rated slip resistant, with a cemented construction.
