Brand Ownership Notice
Aston Pharma® and Aston Workwear® are brands owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd and are used under licence by Astflick Group Ltd.
Astflick Group Ltd is the contracting entity for all sales and website use.

1. Definitions
“Aston Pharma / Aston Workwear / we / us” means Astflick Group Ltd trading as Aston Pharma and/or Aston Workwear under licence from Astflick Holdings Ltd.
“Brand Owner” means Astflick Holdings Ltd, the owner of the Aston Pharma® and Aston Workwear® brand names, trademarks and associated intellectual property.
“Consumer” means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession, as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
“Business Customer” means any person or organisation acting wholly or mainly for the purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession.
“Goods” means any products supplied by us.
By placing an order, you confirm whether you are purchasing as a Consumer or a Business Customer.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
2.1 All contracts of sale made by Astflick Group Ltd t/a Aston Pharma / Aston Workwear, whether by website, email, telephone or post, are governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms take precedence over any other terms proposed by the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing by us.
2.3 A contract is formed only once we have accepted your order and issued confirmation.
3. Prices & VAT
3.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate unless a valid exemption applies.
3.3 Prices are those applicable at the time of order. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment methods include pre-payment via approved payment providers (including PayPal) unless a credit account has been approved.
4.2 Approved Business Customers may be granted account facilities subject to credit checks. Payment is due 7 days from invoice date.
4.3 Late payments may attract interest at 2.5% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
4.4 We do not store credit or debit card details and do not sell customer data to third parties.
5. Delivery
5.1 Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch (estimate only).
5.2 Orders placed after 3:00pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day.
5.3 Delivery charges:
Free delivery on orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
£8.95 delivery charge on orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and international deliveries charged at cost
5.4 Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5.5 Risk passes upon delivery to the Customer’s nominated address.
5.6 Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
5.7 Missing deliveries must be reported within 10 working days of the expected delivery date.
5.8 Proof of Delivery (POD) requests must be made within two (2) months of invoice date.
6. Retention of Title
6.1 Title to all goods remains with Astflick Group Ltd t/a Aston Pharma / Aston Workwear until payment has been received in full and in cleared funds.
7. Product Specifications & Substitutions
7.1 Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
7.2 Where goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality at no additional cost.
8. Consumer Customers (B2C)
8.1 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8.2 Right to Cancel
Consumers may cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of goods, where legally applicable.
8.3 Consumer Refunds
Goods must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt
Refunds issued via original payment method
Outbound delivery refunded where required by law
8.4 Faulty Goods (Consumers)
Faulty or misdescribed goods entitle the Consumer to a refund, replacement or repair. Reasonable return costs will be covered.
9. Business Customers (B2B)
9.1 Business Customers do not have an automatic right to cancel once goods have been dispatched.
9.2 Returns may be accepted at our discretion and must be authorised in advance.
9.3 Conditions:
Goods unused and resaleable
Return costs borne by Business Customer
20% restocking fee (minimum £5 per item) may apply
9.4 Returned goods may be tested. If no fault is found, re-delivery and collection charges may apply.
10. Non-Returnable Items (All Customers)
The following are non-returnable except where required by law:
Medical products
PPE (including face masks unless sealed and unused)
Single-use items
Sutures
Clearance goods
Special-order items
Personalised or embroidered products
11. Website Use, Brand Ownership & Intellectual Property
11.1 Website content is provided for general information purposes only.
11.2 Aston Pharma® and Aston Workwear® are brands owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd.
Astflick Group Ltd is authorised to use these brands, logos and associated intellectual property under licence.
11.3 All website content is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
11.4 Content may be viewed for personal or internal business use only. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and accept no liability for their use.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
13.2 For Business Customers, liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Acceptance
By placing an order or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
