Dispatch Times
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following business day
Weekend orders are processed on the next business day
(Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday)
UK & Northern Ireland Delivery Charges
FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
£8.95 delivery charge on orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
Delivery to Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and international destinations is charged at cost.
Delivery Information
Any delivery date or time provided is an estimate only. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Aston Pharma cannot be held liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
A standard packing and carriage charge applies to orders under £75.00 (ex VAT).
Delivery is deemed to have taken place once goods are delivered to the customer’s nominated address. At this point, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Checking Your Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery:
Check for damage or shortages before signing
Any issues must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to the courier
For parcel deliveries, ensure you sign only for the number of parcels actually received
Once signed for, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Requests for Proof of Delivery must be made within two (2) months from the invoice date.
Missing, Damaged or Short Deliveries
Any damage or shortages must be reported in writing within five (5) working days of receipt
Missing orders must be reported to Aston Pharma within ten (10) working days from the invoice date
Claims reported outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
Title to Goods
Ownership of goods remains with Aston Pharma until full payment has been received.
