This USP 5-0 violet variant measures 70 cm in length and is supplied with a 17 mm 1/2 circle Taper Point Plus needle, engineered for smooth penetration through soft tissue with enhanced needle performance and reduced trauma.

MONOCRYL Plus delivers high initial tensile strength, excellent handling and predictable absorption. The monofilament construction minimises tissue drag and supports precise wound edge approximation.

The triclosan coating helps reduce the risk of surgical site infection by inhibiting bacterial colonisation on the suture material.

Each suture is sterile, single use and supplied in boxes of 36 for professional surgical environments.
