The Ethicon PROXIMATE Linear Cutter Reload TRT55 from Ethicon is a 55 mm surgical stapler reload cartridge supplied in green and intended for use with PROXIMATE linear cutter systems. It forms part of the PROXIMATE linear cutter reload range within the Surgical Stapling category.

This reload utilises B-Form staple technology and is designed to work with the cam closure mechanism of compatible PROXIMATE linear cutters to deliver controlled tissue compression and consistent staple formation prior to transection. The cartridge features four rows of staples, supporting secure staple line integrity during firing.

The TRT55 reload supports up to 8 firings when used with compatible devices and delivers 56 staples per firing. It provides a cut line length of 53 mm and a staple line length of 57 mm, enabling effective tissue approximation and transection over a compact staple line. The reload has an overall size of 55 mm and is green colour-coded for easy identification.
