The Ethicon PROXIMATE Linear Cutter TCD75 is a 75 mm surgical linear cutter supplied with a gold reload and intended for use in open surgical stapling applications. It forms part of the PROXIMATE linear cutter device range within the Surgical Stapling category and is supplied ready for use with a preloaded cartridge.

This linear cutter utilises B-Form staple technology combined with a cam closure mechanism to provide controlled tissue compression and consistent staple formation prior to transection. The device incorporates four rows of staples to support secure staple line formation during firing.

The TCD75 linear cutter is designed to support up to 8 firings and delivers 72 staples per firing. It provides a cut line length of 73 mm and a staple line length of 77 mm, enabling effective tissue approximation and transection over an extended staple line. The device has an overall size of 75 mm and is gold colour-coded to reflect the supplied reload.

Each unit is supplied sterile for single use, with a quantity of 3 devices per box, making it suitable for professional use in hospitals and operating theatres across general, abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery.
