Ethicon STRATAFIX Polypropylene is a synthetic non-absorbable monofilament surgical suture manufactured from polypropylene, engineered with a bidirectional spiral knotless design for continuous tissue fixation and long-term wound support.

This USP 0 suture is supplied in a 28 cm length and features an undyed monofilament construction to minimise tissue reactivity and visibility during closure. It is double-armed with two taperpoint needles, each measuring 22 mm with a 1/2 circle curvature, enabling smooth tissue passage with minimal trauma.

The STRATAFIX spiral design distributes tension evenly along the suture line, eliminating the need for knot tying while maintaining secure, long-lasting wound approximation.
