LuxSutures LUXCRYL PDO Absorbable Surgical Sutures are synthetic monofilament sutures manufactured from polydioxanone (PDO), designed to provide extended tensile strength retention and predictable absorption for surgical procedures requiring longer-term wound support.

The smooth monofilament structure allows for low tissue drag and reduced tissue reaction, while the reverse cutting needle design enables controlled penetration of tougher tissues with reduced risk of tissue tearing. This combination supports precise placement and dependable knot performance in clinical surgical environments.

This variant is supplied in USP 2/0 (EP 3), 75 cm length, and fitted with a DS 24 (24 mm) reverse cutting needle, making it suitable for skin, fascia, and subcutaneous tissue closure where controlled cutting action is required.
