LuxSutures LUXCRYL PDO Absorbable Veterinary Surgical Sutures are synthetic monofilament sutures manufactured from polydioxanone (PDO), developed to deliver extended tensile strength retention and predictable absorption for veterinary surgical procedures where longer-term wound support is required.

The smooth monofilament construction provides low tissue drag and reduced tissue reaction, supporting controlled handling and dependable knot security in veterinary surgical environments. Absorption occurs through hydrolytic degradation, removing the need for suture removal while maintaining support throughout the healing process.

This variant is supplied in USP 1 (EP 4), 25 cm length, and is provided as a single sterile suture without needle (1 pc). It is suitable for veterinary applications such as ligation, securing tissue, and procedures requiring free suture material, particularly in small animal, large animal, equine, and general veterinary practice.
