This LuxSutures® LuxPTFE Dental Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code PT50DS16, is designed for precise oral soft tissue closure where controlled penetration and dependable wound edge approximation are required. Manufactured from high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) monofilament, LuxPTFE delivers ultra-smooth tissue passage, minimal tissue reaction and reliable long-term tensile support.

The USP 5-0 size offers balanced tensile strength suitable for implant placement, guided bone regeneration (GBR), periodontal flap management and soft tissue grafting procedures. The 60 cm white strand ensures excellent visibility and controlled knot placement within delicate oral surgical environments.

PT50DS16 is supplied single-armed with one DS16 reverse cutting needle measuring approximately 16 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature.
