LUXSUTURES® Luxylene Polypropylene sutures are non-absorbable monofilament surgical sutures engineered for secure and long-term wound closure in extremely delicate procedures. Manufactured from isotactic polypropylene, these sutures deliver high tensile strength with minimal tissue reactivity, making them ideal for microsurgical applications requiring permanent support.

The smooth monofilament construction allows atraumatic passage through tissue, reducing drag and minimising bacterial adherence. The blue suture colour enhances visibility during placement and knot tying, supporting accurate handling in demanding clinical and veterinary environments.

This variant is supplied double-armed with two HR 8 taper point needles, designed for atraumatic penetration of very fine soft tissue without cutting fibres. The taper point geometry enables smooth tissue passage and controlled wound edge approximation. Supplied sterile and single-use.
