Aston Pharma | Bulk Ordering

Aston Pharma supplies pharmaceutical, laboratory, and medical products in bulk quantities to approved business, institutional, and public-sector customers.
This Bulk Ordering Policy forms part of the Aston Pharma Terms & Conditions of Sale and applies to all bulk, contract, and framework orders.
1. Eligibility for Bulk Ordering
Bulk ordering is available to:
NHS and public-sector organisations
Universities and research institutions
Laboratories and life-science facilities
Distributors and trade resellers
Registered business customers
Bulk orders are supplied on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. Consumer distance-selling rights do not apply.
2. What Constitutes a Bulk Order
A bulk order may include, but is not limited to:
High-volume unit purchases
Case, pallet, or batch quantities
Repeat or scheduled supply
Framework or contract-based supply
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be confirmed at quotation stage.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Bulk pricing is provided by quotation only.
All quotations are:
subject to stock availability
valid for the period stated on the quotation
exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Prices may vary based on:
order volume
product specification
packaging or batch requirements
delivery destination
International orders may incur additional delivery, customs, and import charges, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Order Placement & Acceptance
Bulk orders may be placed via:
written quotation acceptance
purchase order
framework call-off
A binding contract is formed only when Aston Pharma issues written order confirmation or dispatches the goods.
Purchase Order Clause
Acceptance of a quotation or delivery constitutes acceptance of Aston Pharma’s Terms & Conditions, notwithstanding any conflicting customer terms.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
This includes:
special-order products
batch-specific items
goods allocated against a bulk or framework order
Cancellation requests after confirmation will not be accepted.
6. Delivery & Lead Times
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Lead times will be confirmed at quotation or order confirmation stage.
Partial deliveries may be made where operationally necessary.
Aston Pharma accepts no liability for delays caused by:
manufacturing or supplier disruption
courier or freight delays
customs or regulatory checks
force majeure events
7. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must:
inspect goods immediately upon receipt
notify Aston Pharma in writing of any shortages, damage, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods.
8. Returns & Refunds (Bulk Orders)
Bulk orders are supplied on a non-returnable basis, except where goods are proven to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Returns must be authorised in writing before goods are returned.
Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Aston Pharma’s discretion.
9. Regulatory & Product Use Disclaimer
Aston Pharma does not provide medical or clinical advice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.
All products must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, regulatory guidance, and professional standards.
10. Payment & Credit Terms
Payment terms are agreed at account setup or stated on invoice.
Credit facilities are granted at Aston Pharma’s discretion and may be reviewed or withdrawn at any time.
Late payments may result in suspension of supply.
11. International Bulk Orders
For orders delivered outside the UK:
Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included
Aston Pharma does not act as importer of record unless expressly agreed in writing
Non-payment of import charges does not entitle the buyer to cancellation or refund
