Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Consumer Returns (B2C)

If you are purchasing as a Consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the following statutory rights under UK law.

1.1 Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days starting from the day after you receive the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify Aston Pharma in writing via email or our Contact Us page within the 14-day cancellation period.

1.2 Conditions of Return (Consumers)

Goods must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation

1.3 Refunds (Consumers)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods

Refunds will be made using the original payment method

We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge (where required by law)

We may make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods

1.4 Exclusions to the Right to Cancel

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to the following items, as permitted by UK law:

Medical products

PPE, including face masks (unless sealed and unused)

Single-use products

Personalised or made-to-order items

Products supplied sealed which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

1.5 Faulty or Incorrect Goods (Consumers)

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Reasonable return costs will be covered by Aston Pharma

Faulty goods may be inspected or tested upon return

2. Business Customers (B2B)

If you are purchasing as a Business Customer (acting wholly or mainly for business purposes), statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

2.1 No Right to Cancel

Business Customers do not have an automatic right to cancel an order once goods have been dispatched.

2.2 Business Returns

Returns by Business Customers are accepted only at our discretion and must be authorised in advance.

Goods must be unused, resaleable and in original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the Business Customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply reasonable handling or restocking charges

2.3 Faulty Goods (Business Customers)

Goods supplied to Business Customers must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Returned goods may be tested

If no fault is found, the goods may be returned and delivery/collection costs charged

3. General Information

All returns require prior authorisation

Returns sent without authorisation may be refused

Proof of purchase may be required

4. Governing Law

This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by English law and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
